Licence policy
What a one-time licence and annual maintenance provide.
Standard licence
Unless the product offer states otherwise, a licence permits one own project or one end-client project with one production installation and an associated private staging environment. Source code availability, user limits and domain limits must be expressly stated.
A one-time payment does not transfer copyright. Resale or public redistribution of the package as a standalone product requires separate rights. SaaS, multi-site or extended licences require an express agreement.
Third-party components
Open-source and other third-party components retain their own licence terms. Authors must identify them and provide required notices. This policy does not remove rights granted by those licences or mandatory law, including applicable interoperability exceptions.
Maintenance and updates
Annual maintenance is a separate service for 12 months from the agreed start date. It does not renew automatically without separate clear consent. Scope, channel, response time and included updates must be in the offer; unlimited development is not promised.
Maintenance expiry does not disable an acquired perpetual licence. Mandatory updates and remedies under digital content law remain applicable.
Activation
Where the author opts into FalcoSoft engine, activation may bind a key to a product and domain as disclosed in the offer. “Requested” is not an active integration. A DemoSoft purchase identifier is not automatically an activation key. Domain changes use a secure support channel; never publish keys in demos or repositories.
DemoSoft single-site packages
Standard packages for DemoSoft’s own systems grant perpetual use on one website and include one year of technical support. A perpetual licence does not mean perpetual support. The higher price option grants perpetual use on unlimited domains and includes one year of technical support.
All prices exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is added at purchase and the total is shown before payment. DemoSoft installation is a separate one-off service priced at EUR 80 excluding VAT per system. CooliceHost VPS hosting is purchased separately from the provider and is not included in the amount collected by DemoSoft.
While payments remain in test mode, orders and confirmations are simulations: no real funds are collected and no production licence is granted. Preparing installation packages is a separate step required before live sales.
