1. Operator and scope

DemoSoft is operated by FalcoSoft ITS EOOD, company number 208644390, VAT BG208644390, at 255 Aleksandar Stamboliyski Blvd., Sofia 1330, Bulgaria. Contact: [email protected]; +44 77 2927 1285.

The platform lists its own and third-party software. DemoSoft receives the buyer’s payment and accounts for the developer’s share. The product page identifies the author and licence scope.

2. Accounts

An account must be created by an adult or an authorised organisation representative. Provide accurate information and protect access. Do not impersonate others or share administrator credentials.

Publishing as a developer requires additional details, email verification, an agreement and approval. Registration alone does not authorise publication.

3. Information before purchase

Before payment, review price, currency, taxes, system requirements, compatibility, version, included files and maintenance terms. Ask for missing information before ordering.

“Coming soon” or “On request” is not an offer for immediate online purchase. We do not display fabricated sales or ratings. Search uses text matches and selected filters; the default ordering is by listing date.

Software licence and annual maintenance prices exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is added. For taxable sales in Bulgaria we show 20% VAT separately and a total including VAT. For other countries, applicable tax is determined from billing details before payment confirmation. VAT is not revenue to be split between the author and DemoSoft.

4. Ordering and delivery

The checkout displays the final total before confirmation. Files are released after provider-verified payment and satisfaction of the delivery conditions. A browser redirect is not proof of payment.

For a consumer with a withdrawal right, immediate digital delivery requires a separate express request and acknowledgement of its effect on withdrawal. With deferred delivery, files are not unlocked before the applicable period expires. Confirmation is also provided by email on a durable medium.

5. Licence and maintenance

A purchase grants the agreed usage rights, not ownership of copyright. The standard model is a one-time licence with separate annual maintenance. Any additional rights must be stated in the offer.

Expiry of optional maintenance does not terminate an already-paid perpetual licence for the agreed version. Statutory conformity and update rights are not replaced by paid maintenance.

6. Prohibited conduct

Malware, data theft, unlawful material, infringement, manipulated reviews, abusive refund activity and attempts to access others’ files or environments are prohibited.

We may restrict an affected listing or account where a specific risk exists. We provide reasons and an opportunity to challenge the decision unless law or security requires temporary information restrictions.

7. Complaints and applicable law

Withdrawal, software non-conformity and payment disputes are different procedures. The refund policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Contact us through support or [email protected]. You may contact the competent regulator or alternative dispute resolution body. Application of Bulgarian law does not remove mandatory protection available to a consumer in another country. No exclusive contractual court restriction is imposed on consumers.

8. Versions of these terms

We retain the version applicable to an order or agreement. Material developer changes are notified in advance and do not retrospectively change completed sales, subject to legal requirements and urgent security measures.

Domains and software bundles

Domains have a separate VAT-exclusive price and may be sold standalone or with specified software. A bundle keeps the software and domain as separate order items. Applicable VAT and the final total are shown before payment confirmation. Tax for other countries depends on billing details.

The seller confirms the right to sell and transfer the domain, demonstrates DNS control and states the registrar, registration expiry, transfer method, restrictions and any additional charges. DNS verification does not guarantee the absence of third-party rights. Administrators review listings.

A domain is reserved for one unfinished order and cannot be sold twice. Transfer is coordinated through the registrar after verified payment and the applicable delivery period. The buyer confirms receipt in their registrar account, after which an administrator completes the handover. The downloadable record documents this process and is not a registration certificate.

The price does not include future renewals, hosting, automatic software deployment or unspecified registrar services. Consent to immediate software delivery is not automatically treated as a waiver of rights for a domain transfer. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Disputes and refunds pause handover for administrative review.

Domain sales use an 80% seller / 20% DemoSoft split on the net basis excluding applicable VAT and after actual processing fees. Payout is within 7–14 days subject to released funds, completed handover and no dispute. Automated payouts are not yet enabled. Do not send passwords or EPP/AuthInfo codes in listings or tickets; use a secure procedure agreed with the registrar and administrator.
